1 Year Doctor Appointment, New Skill and New Foods

Yesterday (Wednesday) Saha figured out how to use a straw! We were going to the doctor for her 1 year appointment and she was starting to fuss in the back seat, so I gave her my camelback bottle to play with. She was able able to bite down and suck up water! It kept her happy through the appointment. We went out for dinner and she actually drank water through a regular straw.

Saha is 28 3/4" tall, 18 lbs, 13 oz and head is 17 1/2" around. Doctor told us we need to give her more fats, that her weight is a little low, so Saha gets olive oil and ghee in everything now!

She also had her first meal in the next classroom at school today and her teacher said that she "devoured" the meatballs, peas and fruit. May her love all all food continue on forever!
