Saha and me crafting time
I had to wait until they got the card before posting. Saha and I made a joint birthday card for my parents on Saturday morning. It was so easy and Saha was thrilled to help out.
We started out with some roll paper scraps that I brought home for Saha to draw on. I accordion folded it so that there were 8 pages on the inside. While Saha colored on the paper to make the background, I printed out photos on glossy photo paper and trimmed them to size. Since I have tons of scrapping supplies, I found some good paper to use for the cover and this awesome roller double stick tape to stick on the pictures. Lastly, with white ink, I stamped "Happy Birthday" on some black paper and stuck that to the cover. Here's the finished product. (it also gave me a good excuse to do a little crafting!) It's about 4 1/2" x 4 1/2" square.
